We have many other plants and perennial flowers available which are not listed online. If you do not see what you are looking for, contact us by following the link at the top of this page. We would be happy to quote prices and shipping terms on the other perennial varieties we grow which may not be listed online.

If you are uncomfortable making purchases online, simply add your desired plants to your shopping cart and choose Phone Ordering during checkout... we will then contact you at your convenience for payment information. You may also browse our online store and call Dave at 616.669.0134 with your order.

Privacy ::

At W.W. Greenhouses, Inc., your privacy is our priority. Without getting too complicated, the following applies...

We offer 2 methods to shop and order on our shopping site... 1) member (username and password) or 2) anonymous (no username and password). Both methods ask for ONLY the essential information needed to process your order, and both methods are handled in the same secure manner.

If you choose to checkout anonymously, you will not be required to register a username and password. However, you WILL NOT be able to use our site to check your order status, order history, keep a wish list, etc.

If you choose to become a member and register a username and password, you WILL be able to use our site to check your order status, order history, keep a wish list, etc. Your email address will be used for your username, but you will not be added to any additional email or postal mail lists by becoming a member, unless you decide otherwise.

Any personal information you provide to us is kept completely confidential. Your name, address, phone number, email address, and payment information is NEVER, and will NEVER be, distributed for any reason to anyone other than the necessary W.W. personnel needed to process your order. All payment information is destroyed upon completion of your order.

When you submit any personal information to W.W., it is processed in the most secure way possible, using the latest security and encryption techniques. Our shopping site is certified secure with an up-to-date SSL certificate, and it is virtually impossible for any person other than necessary W.W. personnel to view such information.

You will never be added to any mailing list, email list, or marketing list unless you decide otherwise.

Returns & Guarantee ::

We have always prided ourselves on the quality perennial flowers that we offer. We believe you will be completely satisfied with the potted perennials you purchase from us because of the following...

We guarantee our perennial flowers to be sold as ordered, properly labeled, healthy, and with superior care taken in shipping and packaging.

If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your transaction, please let us know. We will do everything we can to restore your confidence in us.

If you are not satisfied with the potted perennials you receive, simply inform us of the problem within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will replace your perennial flowers or refund your money; no questions asked! If you do not contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, we will assume you are satisfied with your purchase and that you have received healthy plants. We can then no longer be held responsible for the survival of your plants.

If a situation exists in which you are in need of replacement plants, we will do everything we can to ship you exactly the same varieties. However, it is possible that exact replacements may not be available at that time, in which case a refund or substitution will be made.

Payment Methods ::

Our online store accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, debit cards, gift cards, and PayPal. All of these methods can be used during regular checkout or Phone Ordering.

Shipping ::

We offer FREE SHIPPING on any order of 9 plants or more ($15 flat rate shipping for orders of 8 plants or less). We feel this a great way to thank you for your order, and it sets W.W. apart from other companies who mail order perennials and many times charge extravagant shipping fees.

Shipping is done in the most efficient available way. For each order, we will search various shipping companies (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) to get your items to you in the quickest and safest way possible, even if it means higher shipping costs for us. UPS is usually the best option from our location based on pricing and customer feedback.

Usually, shipping takes place from April-June, September-October, and possibly July-August if not too warm. If you place an order outside of these time frames, your order will be held until an appropriate shipping and planting time is met for your location.

For orders placed during our shipping season, we pride ourselves on being able to ship within one or two days of receiving your order. This is another way W.W. Greenhouses sets itself apart... no more waiting 2-3 weeks to receive your plants. However, when we know plants will be in their boxes over the weekend, we may prefer to wait until the following Monday to ship.

Due to various restrictions, we are not able to ship any plant products to the states of AK, CA, and HI, or to any PO Boxes. Other restrictions may apply to other states; see additional notes within each plant description.

Prices are subject to change without notice and at any time. We do our best to keep prices consistent and fair, but we reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly to cover expenses or offer discounts and promotions.
